Dem rep to plead not guilty to federal charges for incident at Newark ICE facility

New Jersey Congresswoman LaMonica McIver who was involved in a much-publicized altercation outside an immigration facility last month is expected to appear in court later today to face charges for allegedly obstructing Homeland Security agents.
