OR Supreme Court hears Harney County gun control appeal

SALEM – The Oregon Supreme Court heard arguments on the case against Ballot Measure 114 Thursday morning. This court action declaring the gun control law unconstitutional originated with the ruling the measure violates the Oregon Constitution by Harney Circuit Court Judge Robert Rascio. It’s the final stop in the appeals process for this lawsuit that was brought by two area men, Joseph Arnold and Clint Asmussen.
