Jean Carroll, who successfully sued Donald Trump in civil court alleging that he sexually assaulted her, was on the witness stand in a follow-up defamation lawsuit in January, she stated under oath that she had an unlicensed firearm in her home. For most New Yorkers, admitting to a felony or being caught with an unlicensed pistol would have resulted in felony charges, but instead the 80-year-old received a friendly visit from officers in her hometown.
