While gun control advocates will try and convince anyone listening that the world is a happy place with peace breaking out everywhere, sadly it’s not.
People need to be able to protect themselves with any means necessary and sometimes that means using a firearm.
In a story out of Texas, a mother who was at home with her daughter had to grab a revolver to fend off a would-be intruder.
From Bearing Arms:
“Laura Williams says she grabbed her pistol and held an intruder at bay while her teenage daughter called 911 after the man kicked in the front door of her home on U.S. Highway 84 just outside of Mexia and charged her with a shovel. I aimed it at him and said if you take one more step I’ll kill you,” she said Friday. The man ran, but Limestone County deputies later arrested him.”
Laura didn’t go for her firearm until the man who she asked to leave attempted to kick down the door of the home.
As gun control advocates and their willing accomplices in the main stream media will try and hide stories like these, they routinely pop up across the country.
The Second Amendment guarantees the right of all Americans to be able to protect themselves or their families in a time of danger.
If Laura didn’t have a firearm in her house to protect her family, this story could have had a horrible ending to it. Firearms are the great equalizer for women.
